Eagle Scout Project
On September 21 and 22, 2008, as part of my Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project, I and several scouts from Troop 54 helped to renovate the "Romano Gabriel Gardens" in Old Town Eureka.
This project was meant to beautify and preserve this historic landmark. We spent two days repainting the wrought-iron fence which fronts the sculpture garden and re-landscaped the planting areas in front of the brick building.
This project would have never been possible without the generous donations from these local businesses: Pierson's Building Center, Taylor's Landscaping and Supplies, and Myrtletown Lumber and Supply.
Thank you for your generous support and willingness to give back to the community.
I would also like to thank Assistant Scout Master, Dave Parris, for assisting me with the project.
