Preserving the historic Buhne Fence

The preservation effort by our Society to save and install the historic Buhne Mansion Fence at the Annie B Ryan House & Gardens has reached a new level. The fence was moved from its basement location to our secured location. The physical effort to move it has to be noted and we thank the volunteers who provided the labor to move the fence. read more…

This year’s Summer Event is extra special because we are going to partner with the Timber Heritage Association at the Samoa Shops & Roundhouse (just below the Samoa Cookhouse). There will be burgers and hot dogs cooked on the grill by Ray, Chuck, and Bruce.  And music provided by the Redwood Dixie Gators!   There will rides on the Speeder train.  All of this is included with your membership for $15.
